Multi-robot cells for sequential assembly with component feeding systems, presence detection and in-line torque verification.
Welding Cell
Welding robots with servo-axis positioners for part rotation. Automatic tool change and real-time monitoring of process parameters.
Visual Inspection Cell
Integrated 2D/3D machine vision for dimensional inspection, defect detection and part traceability with QR/datamatrix. Automatic rejection.
Palletising Cell
Robot with adaptive gripper for pallet building with multiple patterns. Integration with conveyors, stretch wrapper and order management from company WMS.
Mixed Collaborative Cell
Combination of cobot + industrial robot in the same cell. Operator in a protected zone for manual operations, robot for heavy or hazardous tasks.
Automated Test Benches
Automated functional test stations with pneumatic fixtures and structured data collection for SPC and process capability analysis.
